She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and has garnered diverse experience across various fields, including marketing, operations, and education. Melissa is dedicated to infusing her work with attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a refreshing perspective.
In her current role, Melissa is focused on continuously enhancing CCN’s boot camps and online courses. She actively seeks out opportunities to introduce more comprehensive training modules, oversees the management of the CCN Knowledge Center, and ensures that a regular and reliable schedule for training sessions is maintained.
Outside of work, Melissa embraces both her love for cozy indoor activities and her enthusiasm for the great outdoors. She enjoys relaxing hobbies, cuddling with her pets, and exploring life’s adventures with her husband and son.
