Lauren Gindele is a veteran of the home improvement industry with over 20 years of experience at Dial One/Renewal by Andersen of Orange County.
Starting as a receptionist in 2000, she progressed through various roles, including Customer Service Manager, Sales Administrator, and Installation Scheduler. By 2006, she became Production Manager, overseeing a team of 30 employees. She later served as Customer Experience Manager, Job Fulfillment Coordinator, and Controller, handling financial and operational tasks as the company grew to $30M in revenue. In 2019, Lauren became Operations Manager, where she led and managed team members in order entry, job scheduling and fulfillment, building permits, customer service and experience, and safety, while creating an environment where team members feel valued and appreciated.
Since August 2022, she has been with Certified Contractors Network as Member & Partner Services, providing support and industry expertise. She has received several awards, including Certified Contractors Network MVP (2012) and Production Manager of the Year (2013) as well as Renewal by Andersen Difference Maker (2019).
