How do I become a member? 

To become a member, simply click on “Join CCN” in the upper corner of our website. You will complete the short form and hit submit. Someone from our team will reach out to you shortly to review your membership options.  

Is the membership for the Company Owner only? 

No, our membership is for your whole team. We have trainings for all functional areas of your business. We encourage you to engage your whole team. The companies that get all team leaders and managers involved benefit the most. 

How do I afford a membership if I am not making any money? 

That is what we are here for. We will review your financials and teach you how to operate a profitable business. Many members have said that the minimal cost of a membership has paid for itself repeatedly with all the success they have built by attending our trainings and conferences and fully engaging with the network.  

Are there monthly payment options for a membership? 

You have a choice to pay annually or monthly. Paying for the membership in advance at the annual rate will earn you a discount of 20% OFF. Most of our members pay upfront every year to receive this generous discount, but several take advantage of our monthly payment plan. 

Do you offer a money back guarantee?  

Yes. While we are confident you will find immediate value in your membership if you are actively involved in the programs we offer, all new members are eligible for a 90-day money back guarantee on membership dues if they meet the following criteria: complete a comprehensive health check, experience at least one CCN course (in-person or online), and attend at least three Owner’s Masterminds and three Roundtables on any topic. 

How do I get access to the network of contractors once I become a member? 

We are happy to connect you with individual members who have been in your shoes before immediately after you join. We will also guide you to register for upcoming conferences where you’ll meet most of the members in our network. Additionally, you will be placed into an Owner’s Mastermind group that meets online monthly and have access to attend monthly or quarterly roundtables on the topics of sales, marketing, production, business operations, and more.

Our Member Services department will be your main contact and who you will work with most closely. They are there to answer any questions you have about your membership and can also connect you with other contractors in our network. Do you offer your trainings in person or online? 

Both! We feel that people learn better in a live setting, so we offer many of our trainings and bootcamps in-person. However, we also know that continued practice sharpens our skills, so all our live trainings can also be found online through our CCN University platform. 

Can my team earn official certifications by completing your trainings?

Yes! Your team can “Get CCN Certified” by completing our in-person trainings and earn certificates of completion for online trainings. Our certifications are eligible for Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) through the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI).
