Make Your Nominations Now for 2008 Wizard Awards |
|
|
|
How do you keep great employees in your business and how do you keep them motivated?
Nominate them for a CCN Wizard Award!
Getting and keeping great employees is critical to the success and longevity of your business. Providing a fair salary and benefits only gets them in the door -
keeping them will require a lot more. Studies have shown that great
employees want to be involved, grow and advance in the company and be
recognized for their efforts. Small businesses are sometimes limited
in the amount of recognition that can be provided due to company size
and budgets. However, as a member of Certified Contractors NetWork,
you have the opportunity to recognize the employees who have
contributed to your business success on a national level through the
Wizard Awards presented yearly at the Winter Conference Awards
Banquet.
